Community Outreach and Training

Safe House for Women, Inc. provides community outreach services and training to a wide variety of audiences.  Our goal is to build community awareness about domestic violence and the services that are available to women and children who have experienced abuse.

We believe violence is a learned behavior and, therefore, preventable.  To stimulate change and improve responsiveness to domestic violence in our community, we offer trainings and participate in  outreach activities that build capacity at the community level to address the issues related to violence.
