We’d like to thank these creative contributors who used their unique ideas and events to create awareness and support for the Safe House this Spring!
   
A very special thank you to the New McKendree United Methodist Men's group. These men came in and put new flooring into the shelter. It was a huge improvement from the previous flooring.
Members of the group include: Brian McCallister, Scott Dameron, Don McFarland, Todd Rushing, Rob Litz, Derrick Hodges, Brett Stembel and Larry Barks
We would also like to thank Tyler Russom the manager at Buccheits in Jackson for giving us a great deal on the flooring and trim. Tom Young, the manager at Lowes donated some doors and threshold pieces.
Thanks to the Evangelical United Church of Christ Cape Girardeau for the new dishwasher for the shelter. Pictured below is shelter employee Linda Barnett doing the first load of dishes.
Thank you to McKesson for the very generous donation of office furniture. We received new office chairs, file cabinets, desks, cabinets and much more.
