Help for Non-Residents
"Non-residents" are women that have experienced domestic violence but do not need to use our emergency shelter service. All of the support services we offer are available to non-residents free of charge. These services include counseling, legal advocacy, support group, children’s services, case management, and general support services.
We also have a weekly food/household item pantry. This is available to past residents and those who are using our non-residential services. Food and hygiene products are available which helps to make the transition to independent living a little easier to manage. Beneficiaries can receive services up to one year after exiting the shelter. We would not be able to offer this openhanded service without the help of many generous donors throughout the year.
